Connect Groups are a key value to the life of Mahurangi Vineyard Church. We weren’t made to be alone, we were made to share and be in relationship.
Connect Groups in Mahurangi Vineyard are a place to do life together with people you know and maybe some new friends. Together we learn and grow as we delve in to what it is to Love God, Love People and Love Life. Don’t miss out on the rich experience of doing this as part of a Connect Group.

Connect Groups
Families Group - Led by Jenna Binnie and Lisa Lowe
Bring the whole family and connect with others in a relaxed and supportive environment! This group meets monthly on Sundays from 4:00pm to 5:30pm for potluck dinner at various locations.
Prayer Group - Led by Verna Vandy & Sharon Sigournay
Come together to pray, intercede, and seek God’s presence in a peaceful setting. This group meets weekly on Wednesdays from 10:15am at 16a Percy Street, Warkworth.
New Christians (Alpha Course) - Led by Niall Presland-White
New to the Christian faith or want to learn the basics? Join our Alpha Course, a great starting point for understanding Christianity and exploring faith. This is an online connect group, so you can join anytime. Each session will be sent via email every Sunday at 11:45am. We have Area Leaders who will connect with you directly for support.
Men’s Group - Led by Matt Gerrand
Join the Band of Brothers group for men to connect, grow, and encourage one another in their faith. Meeting weekly on Mondays from 8:00pm to 9:30pm at 30 Amanda Lane, Snells Beach.
Holy Spirit - Led by Shanna Olivier
Meeting every Thursday morning at 9:30am at 81A Thompson Road, Warkworth, to deep delve into the fellowship of the Holy Spirit and discuss how to develop a personal relationship with Him. For anyone hungry and desperate to press in.
Young Adults Group
This is a new group for anyone aged 18 to their late 20s. It’s a relaxed, casual space designed to fit around the busy lives of young adults who want to connect, chat about life, and explore a biblical worldview as the next generation of adults and leaders. Meeting times are flexible and based on availability. The group is supported by Niall Presland-White and Christina Wylie.
